Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee.

Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to a $50 fee and may require rescheduling.
